CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Avior Solutions s.r.o., with registered office at Na pískách 1489, 271 01 Nové Strašecí, Czechia, ID No.: 28855353 (hereinafter referred to as "the company") within the scope of the following data:

  • E-mail address

  • Telephone

  • Name and Surname

Consent is valid only if my personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of processing specified below and by legislation.

Consent is given for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you with an offer based on an enquiry

  • Sending promotional offers by email.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Company for:

  • For a period until I withdraw my consent to processing.

I consent to the Company's disclosure of my personal data:

  • The Company shall only be entitled to use my personal data in accordance with the purpose set out above or for the legitimate needs of government inspection and law enforcement authorities.

  • Further, the Company is only entitled to disclose my personal data to entities cooperating with the Company to achieve the primary purpose for which this consent is given. With such entities, the Company agrees to enter into a contract containing the same terms and conditions for the processing of my personal data.

The processing will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal standards on data protection and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

I have been informed that the provision of data is voluntary. I have also been informed in accordance with the relevant legislation:

  • of my right to withdraw this consent, even without giving reasons,

  • my right to access and rectify the data,

  • my right to have this data erased if it is processed in breach of the protection defined by the relevant legislation or in breach of this consent, or if the consent is withdrawn.

I acknowledge that withdrawal of this consent may affect the achievement of the purpose for which it was given, unless that purpose can be achieved by other means.
